How to upgrade the flow version of a process?​

  1. Open the Flow Manager panel.
  2. Find the process you want to upgrade.
  3. Click the version upgrade icon at the end of the row.
  4. In the popup, select the new version from the dropdown.
  5. Click Upgrade to confirm.
    Warning: Ensure compatibility between versions before upgrading.

How to find flows started by a specific user?​

  1. Click Filter in the Flow Manager panel.
  2. Click the search icon next to Flow Starter.
  3. In the popup, find and select the user.
  4. Click OK and then Filter to apply.

How to filter processes by creation date?​

  1. Click Filter on the Flow Manager panel.
  2. Use Created After and Created Before fields.
  3. Select dates using the calendar pop-up.
  4. Click Filter to apply and see matching processes.

How to reset filters in the Flow Manager?​

  1. After applying filters, click the Clear button.
  2. This removes all filter values and reloads the full list.
  3. You can now apply new filters if needed.
